My name is Debra Walters and I love all things Family!
In 2005, I married my best friend and together we have been blessed with two incredibly adorable children: a toddler dude and a baby princess.
In the Summer of 2009, as the new mother of a baby girl, it wasn't long before I started to play dress-up with her. I loved the look of tutus, but I wanted to make her some original ones. So, I went online and taught myself how to make them. Every time I took her out in one of my original creations, so many people asked me if I sold my tutus that I decided to try it.
In January of 2010, I launched TiTi's TuTu's, a Blog & Boutique where I share my heart as a mother, my expertise as a former teacher, and my passion for creativity.
