{Music Monday} Kelsi Maria on Facebook

Today's post is on Facebook. Please click here to view.

You may recall seeing Kelsi Maria on TiTi's TuTU's recently modeling one of the decOrate headbands. Last night, she played at the historical Bitter End in NYC where artists like Lady Gaga, Nora Jones & Billy Joel have played.

Kelsi Maria is not only beautiful inside and out, but she is also a talented songwriter and musician. Watch Kelsi Maria play one of my favorite songs at a local venue in today's Music Monday Post on Facebook.

{New Line And Giveaway} Introducing Pimp Poms

It's a new day at TiTi's TuTu's! A Day to celebrate my unleashing of a dream deep within my heart to participate in event decorating.

If you've been following my blog posts, you recently read about my 6th grade science fair project and it should come at no surprise that while I still enjoy making tutus and continue to make them, I'm venturing into a new world. A world where I get to help you bring your friends and families together for beautiful gatherings.

I introduce you to my new adventure: (drumroll, please...)
I enjoyed styling this "no fuss" party that looks as beautiful as it is kid-friendly.
According to my children, no party is complete without cupcakes.
Make cupcakes even more fun with these adorable toppers!
The girls were decked out in decOrate hair accessories.

{What you will love about my new collection}
VERSATILITY & REUSABILITY

Use Pimp Poms to decorate your party, then reuse them as permanent decor in your home. With so many options of colors and ribbons to choose from, each pom is an absolute work of art unique to each individual.

You won't want to get rid of these at the end of your party, and you won't have to! Store them as long as you want, then just steam and re-fluff. Pimp poms are made to last.

{GIVEAWAY}
To launch my new line, I've teamed up with Patricia Bishop Photography and Giggle Magazine to give away a complete set of products to one lucky reader!

Patricia Bishop is a true artist excellent at capturing REAL family moments. I love working with Patricia because of her laid back nature and because I can trust her to produce top of the line quality prints. She is also our area's supplier of frames by Organic Bloom.

Giggle Magazine is a fresh family favorite! Each issue of Giggle is filled with helpful information relevant to todays family. Giggle is more than a magazine, they are an active part of our community walking the talk.
With your free set, you can host a beautiful 4th of July party for your friends and family.

You have three chances to enter the giveaway. All you have to do is leave a comment letting me know you like TiTi's TuTu's, Patricia Bishop Photography, or Giggle Magazine on Facebook.

{Music Monday} Just My Imagination

Today's music choice was inspired by a shopping trip gone wrong I had yesterday. When I get to shop without the children, it's truly "me time" of the best kind. But when the store plays awful music, it just kinda ruins it all for me.

Instead of criticizing a articular store's music choice, I'm choosing a song which is often played at one of my favorite places to shop...you guessed it: MICHAEL'S!

Every time I hear this song at Michael's it makes me slow down and start dumping stuff into my cart. As I sing along, I think about letting my own imagination run wild and suddenly everything I see seems like something I could use. Dangerous? Yes. But oh so enjoyable!

{TuTu Tuesday} Pimp Poms

In between TuTus and Hair Accessories, I've found a way to incorporate my love of party decor into my work.

{How did it start?}
A few weeks back I was sharing my dreams with my husband as I often do since he's my greatest encourager. I remembered a fact about my past which had us both rolling! For my 6th grade science fair project, my partner and I made a "Party House." You read it right!

Her dad made us a wooden house model which I hooked up with a spinning disco ball, a doorbell, a ceiling fan, lights, and of course, the most scientific touch: red sequins. I did.

The more I thought about it, the more I came to terms with the fact that I love party decor. It's in my DNA. I've always been the decorator for special holidays and birthdays growing up even though I was the youngest of three girls. I even decorated my room like a museum and sold tickets for tours when I was in elementary school.

Seriously.

I love to celebrate. I love pretty things. But, pink is not my favorite color. Lime green is. That's the kind of girl I am.

I'm through the roof excited about this new collection because it allows me to express myself and have fun mixing ribbons, fabrics, and colors to create a truly unique product for each individual client.
I can't wait to show you some pictures and start adding items to my etsy shop. For now, here's the logo.

Hope you'll join me on this new adventure!

xoxo
