{New Line And Giveaway} Introducing Pimp Poms

It's a new day at TiTi's TuTu's! A Day to celebrate my unleashing of a dream deep within my heart to participate in event decorating.

If you've been following my blog posts, you recently read about my 6th grade science fair project and it should come at no surprise that while I still enjoy making tutus and continue to make them, I'm venturing into a new world. A world where I get to help you bring your friends and families together for beautiful gatherings.
